How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially during cherry blossom and autumn foliage seasons.
Can I customise a tour for my group?
Absolutely. We offer private and tailor-made experiences. Mention your requirements in the message and we will put together a bespoke itinerary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour. Within 7 days, a 50% fee applies. No-shows are non-refundable.
Do your guides speak English?
Yes, all our guides are fluent English speakers. Many also speak Mandarin, Spanish, or French.
